The City of Champions, Protests and Warhol

I heard it was pretty crazy this week. A lot of Jersey barriers, broken glass, tear gas, and security.
I hope the First Ladies loved the Warhol Museum.

The group then visited the Andy Warhol Museum on Pittsburgh's North Side for a private tour and luncheon.

The seven-story museum houses the art collection and archives of the late 20th century pop artist and Pittsburgh native.

The spouses were scheduled to try the silk-screen printing technique popularized by the late 20th century pop artist and Pittsburgh native, and peruse items pulled from one of more than 600 cardboard "time-capsule" boxes Warhol -- who threw away little -- used to store all kinds of papers, documents and other items.

After the tour, the first lady hosted a luncheon for Summit spouses in the museum.

Former Italian model Carla Bruni, wife of French president Nicolas Sarkozy told me she loves Pittsburgh and would like to stay longer.

I'm sorry I wasn't more of a participant.
